THE PARK BUILT BY ÇUKUROVA MUNICIPALITY HAS BEEN NAMED

"YAŞAR BAYBOĞAN PARK."

Lütfi Bayboğan, President of the Bayboğan Education Foundation, made a speech during the park's opening ceremony: "It is a great honor for my family that the name of my father, Yaşar Bayboğan, has been given to such a magnificent, valuable, and multifunctional sports center park in the heart of Çukurova. I am especially proud that this decision was made unanimously by all party members in the Çukurova Municipality Council about five months ago. My father, Yaşar Bayboğan, was a person who embraced all of the people of Adana and Çukurova, offering help and service without discrimination, acting as a brother to everyone. On this occasion, I commemorate my father Yaşar Bayboğan with mercy and gratitude, and I wish this beautiful park brings good fortune to the people of Adana."
The candidate for Mayor of the Greater City and the current Mayor of Çukurova, Mr. Yıldıray Arıkan, also emphasized in his speech during the opening ceremony: "Yaşar Bayboğan was truly a valuable and exemplary person beyond politics. We have always looked up to the services he provided and his humanitarian personality in the Çukurova region. I am also honored to personally open Yaşar Bayboğan Park for the public."
