Student Administration

In the process of university withdrawal/relationship termination, students' procedures are carried out according to the relevant regulation articles based on their level (Preparatory Education, Associate Degree, Undergraduate, Graduate).

Students who wish to leave the university must complete the Discontinuation Form and submit it to the Directorate of Student Resources, and fulfill all their obligations to the university, if any.

Students who cannot complete their education according to the rules set by the regulations of the level or program they are enrolled in will have their relationship with the university terminated. The relationship termination procedures are carried out in accordance with Articles 44 and 46 of the Law No. 2547, and the principles determined by YÖK and the Senate. Students whose relationship is terminated must fulfill all their obligations to the university, if any.

To complete the obligation procedures, students must have no debts to the university and must return any university-provided equipment and materials undamaged.

Students who request to withdraw from the university and whose obligations to the units are confirmed to be completed will have their relationship with the university terminated as of the date they have completed their obligations to the university. Original documents submitted during registration will be returned, and any overpayments will be refunded.

For students enrolled in associate, undergraduate, and graduate programs who wish to cancel their registration by the end of the add-drop period specified in the academic calendar, a refund/waiver will be provided for the portion of the tuition fee, excluding the deposit. Students who wish to cancel their registration after the add-drop period will not be entitled to a refund of the tuition fee.

For students in preparatory education, if they cancel their registration before the start of classes according to the academic calendar, a refund/waiver will be provided for the portion of the tuition fee, excluding the deposit. Students who wish to cancel their registration after classes have started will not be entitled to a refund of the tuition fee.
