The handover ceremony for the rectorate at Çağ University was held with the participation of the university's academic and administrative staff, as well as its students. The ceremony took place on the university campus with a meaningful event.In his speech, the outgoing Rector Prof. Dr. Ünal AY thanked everyone who contributed to the development of the university. Emphasizing that during his term, significant steps were taken in terms of education, research, and contribution to society, AY underlined that the university's strong academic staff and student-centered approach would continue. He also stated that they aim to increase the university’s achievements both nationally and internationally.The incoming Rector Prof. Dr. Murat KOÇ, in his speech, said, “As I take over this flag, our main priority is to carry the academic excellence that Çağ University has achieved even further and to bring our university to a more reputable position at the national and international level. Our fundamental goal is to further strengthen a student-centered, participatory, and innovative university culture, to carry the flag forward, and to leave it spotless for those who will come after us.” The ceremony ended with the presentation of flowers and a group photo session.
