Graduation Requirements
- In order for students to be eligible for graduation, they must successfully complete all compulsory and elective courses of the program they are enrolled in, maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.00, complete 240 ECTS for undergraduate programs and 120 ECTS for associate degree programs, and fulfill any internship requirements if applicable.
Diploma and Temporary Graduation Procedures
- Students who have fulfilled the graduation requirements complete the Graduation Clearance Form and submit it to the Student Affairs Directorate along with their student ID card, after obtaining the necessary signatures from the units specified on the form. If the diploma is ready, it will be issued upon signature. Otherwise, a Temporary Graduation Certificate will be provided in its place, also upon signature. The Clearance Form (Academic and administrative units must provide complete signatures.)
- Students who lose their student ID card must bring a lost advertisement from the newspaper and submit the full page of the newspaper to the Student Affairs Department to obtain the Temporary Graduation Certificate/Diploma.
- Students who receive the Temporary Graduation Certificate can obtain their diploma upon returning the original certificate to the Student Affairs Department.
- Since both the diploma and the Temporary Graduation Certificate are given in exchange for signatures, the graduate or their authorized representative with a notarized power of attorney must personally come to collect them.
- Graduates will receive their diplomas along with a diploma supplement, and if applicable, certificates of honor or high honor, and their diplomas will be processed according to the ones they submitted during the registration process.
