Documents to be Submitted Before Mobility:

 

  1. Copy of Visa
  2. Flight Ticket
  3. Acceptance Letter: To be obtained from the host institution.

These documents must be submitted via email to erasmus@cag.edu.tr.

Documents to be Submitted After Mobility:

  1. Certificate of Participation (Duration Sheet): A signed and stamped certificate from the host institution, covering the mobility period.
  2. Transcript: To be obtained from the host institution.
  3. Entry-Exit Document: A document obtained from the e-government system (e-devlet), with a barcode and covering the mobility period.
  4. EU Survey- Participant Report (to be sumbitted your email adress)

After mobility, these documents must be physically submitted to the Erasmus Coordination Office by making an appointment.
