1.Working on the development of the personnel system and making suggestions.

2.Preparing and keeping the personal files of all academic and administrative staff complete and up to date.

3.Preparing periodic reports.

4.Planning the leave schedules of all personnel and controlling the implementation.

5.Coordinating and following up on the health procedures for all personnel.

6.Ensuring that all personnel are fully and timely entered into the YÖKSİS program.

7.Handling the university’s internal and external correspondence.

8.Following up on the recruitment procedures of all personnel in accordance with the law and regulations.

9.Coordinating the procedures and correspondence for foreign faculty members with all relevant units and individuals.

10.Carrying out other tasks and duties as specified by laws and regulations.
