Mission

The mission of the Department of International Relations is to equip students with the fundamental knowledge of this field. In this way, it ensures that they closely follow regional and international developments from an interdisciplinary perspective. Thus, it prepares individuals who can analyze current international developments in an analytical manner. In other words, the aim of our mission is to educate young people who can think strategically. In this way, we train young individuals who can analyze world politics and Turkish foreign policy in the best possible way and evaluate these policies within the framework of Turkey's national interests.

Vision

The vision of the Department of International Relations is to become a department that provides education in line with the theoretical and methodological foundations of International Relations. By this way, producing graduates who meet universal academic standards and contribute to the field of International Relations. Additionally, our aim is to ensure the understanding of Turkey's national interests.
