Everyone who is a member of Çağ University can borrow resources in accordance with the principles specified in the Çağ University Directive, provided that they are a member of the library.

The rules to be followed in lending and returning transactions are as follows:
- No library material can be borrowed without processing.
- The delay penalty for materials not returned on time is 1.00 TL per day.
- Books in the general collection can be extended once if not requested by another user.
- In case of loss of a book, bound journal or non-book material, the reader pays the value found by adding 50% to the price calculated over the exchange rate announced by the Central Bank of that day, and the delay penalty accumulated until the date of notification of the loss.
